One of the simplest blocks in Fluidal. But don’t let that deceive you!

Use this block for text, images, embedded YouTube videos – whatever you want. Inset the content or bleed it off to the edge of each side of the browser. Vertically align the content or set a minimum height to the block.

Sometimes different blocks look like they do the same thing. And you’re right – you can often achieve the same effect in a variety of ways.

For instance, this full width block can achieve similar results as simple grid with one column.

It sometimes just depends on what else you want to do in that block and how much control you need over that content.
